The piece, motif, colours and the name.
Agree
Send me your wishes on WhatsApp. I usually reply within a few hours. We go through everything until every detail is right, and I confirm price and shipping before I start.
Make and check
I make everything by hand. For a first order I usually send you a photo before I close it. Before shipping, I check every piece to make sure it’s cleanly sealed.
Receive
If the beads for your choice are in stock, it’s often quick. If I need to reorder, it usually takes 3 to 7 working days. Then your parcel goes out by A Mail (Swiss Post).

Can I order online?
Yes, online via WhatsApp, Instagram or email, just without a basket. Every piece is made after a short chat, so the name, motif and colours are right before I start. Then you pay by TWINT or bank transfer, and I send the parcel anywhere in Switzerland.
Does Heb de Nuggi deliver all over Switzerland?
Yes, within Switzerland by A Mail (Swiss Post) for CHF 3.90. From an order value of CHF 50.00, shipping is free, with tracking on request. I don’t ship abroad. You can also pick up in Spreitenbach yourself.
