What are the clips made of?

BPA-free silicone beads. The name is spelled with individual letter beads, plus a motif bead as an accent and a clip in the colour you choose.

What should I keep in mind when using a pacifier clip?

Pacifier clips, teethers and pram chains are not toys and must not be left with an unsupervised child. Check them for damage before every use and replace them at the first sign of wear. Pacifier clips are at most 22 cm long, as safety rules require; never make any of the chains longer.

Workmanship and checks

Do I see the clip before it’s sent?

For a first order I usually send you a photo of the finished piece before I close it. That way you can approve it or still change something. Before shipping, I check every piece to make sure it’s cleanly sealed.

Is every piece one of a kind?

Yes. I only start once you’ve confirmed the name, motif and colours. Every piece is made by hand and exists only once.

Which motifs are there?

There are 72 motif beads to choose from: mouse and mouse with bow, animals such as bear, dino, unicorn, koala, llama and lion, plus crowns, bows, strawberry, cloud, and characters and symbols. Every motif is available for the pacifier clip, teether and pram chain.

Which colours can I choose?

There are 20 bead colours, from white, beige and pastels to royal blue, bright red and leopard, and 8 clip colours. The colour swatches on the website are approximate; if you’re unsure, I’ll suggest a combination before I make anything.

Can I ask for my own motif?

Yes, of course. The selection on the website is just the beginning. Tell me on WhatsApp what you’re picturing, and I’ll show you which motif beads are available for it and how the piece would look.

Pacifier clip, teether or pram chain?

• Personalised pacifier clip (CHF 22.00): A clip that attaches to the bodysuit, the name beads in between and a motif bead as an accent. The piece people order most.
• Personalised teether (CHF 22.00): A silicone figure to chew on, on a bead ring with the name. Soothing during teething, and easy to grip.
• Personalised pram chain (CHF 45.00): Two clips, the name beads in between and a ring with the motif in the middle. It stretches across a pram, Maxi-Cosi or play gym.
• Set of 3: pacifier clip, teether and pram chain (CHF 85.00): Pacifier clip, teether and pram chain in the same colours and with the same motif, all three with the child’s name. The usual choice when it’s meant as a gift for a new baby.

What is a pram chain?

A pram chain has two clips, the beads with the child’s name in between and a ring with the motif in the middle. It stretches across a pram, Maxi-Cosi or play gym, so toys don’t end up on the floor.

What’s in the set of 3?

A pacifier clip, a teether and a pram chain, all three in the same colours, with the same motif and the child’s name. The set of 3 costs CHF 85.00 and is the usual choice when it’s meant as a gift for a new baby.

What if I don’t know the child’s name yet?

No problem. I’ll keep the gift ready and personalise it as soon as the baby has arrived and the name is settled. We’ll sort out the rest in the chat.

Can the gift be sent straight to the recipient?

Yes. Just give me the delivery address and the parcel goes straight there, with no price inside. If you don’t know the child’s name yet, we’ll find a solution in the chat.

How do I order from Heb de Nuggi?

Orders go through WhatsApp, not through a form on this site. You tell me the piece, motif, colours and your child’s name. We go through everything until every detail is right, I confirm price and shipping, and only then do I start.

How long does it take to make?

That depends on whether the beads for your motif and colours are in stock. If they are, I make it often on the same day or the next. If I need to reorder parts, it usually takes 3 to 7 working days. If you’re in a hurry, tell me your date — I’ll tell you honestly whether it’s doable.

Does Heb de Nuggi deliver all over Switzerland?

Yes, within Switzerland by A Mail (Swiss Post) for CHF 3.90. From an order value of CHF 100.00, shipping is free, with tracking on request. I don’t ship abroad. You can also pick up your order from me.
