Privacy policy
The short version first
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools, and embeds no advertising networks and no social media plugins. Fonts and images are loaded from my own server, not from a third-party service. So there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner.

Server log files
When the website is accessed, the hosting provider stores technically necessary information in log files: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and any error messages. This data is needed to run the server and keep it secure, is not combined with other sources and is not used to analyse visitor behaviour. It is deleted automatically after a short time. The hosting provider acts as a processor; the data stays in Switzerland.
When you message me
Orders and enquiries go through WhatsApp, email or Instagram. What you send me there, I receive and store in order to answer your enquiry and fulfil your order: name, contact details, delivery address, the name you want on the piece, and your motif and colour wishes.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. If you use the WhatsApp button, the transmission of your message is governed by WhatsApp’s privacy policy. I have no influence over which metadata Meta processes. If you don’t want that, email me instead.
I keep information relevant for invoicing for ten years, as required by the Swiss Code of Obligations. Enquiries without an order I delete as soon as they have been dealt with.
Disclosure
I do not pass on your data — except to Swiss Post, as far as necessary for shipping, and to bodies to which I am legally obliged to disclose it. Your data is not sold or used for third-party advertising.
Payments
No payment takes place on this website. Payment is made after confirmation by TWINT, bank transfer or in cash on pick-up. Any data arising from this is processed by your bank and the respective provider under their own responsibility.
External links
The references to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook are plain links. Nothing is loaded and nothing is transmitted unless you click on them.
Your rights
You can request information about the data stored about you at any time, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing. An email to info@hebdenuggi.ch is all it takes. The competent supervisory authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Data security
This website is delivered over HTTPS. I keep your messages on device- and account-protected systems; only I have access.
Changes
If anything on this website changes that affects data, I will update this policy. The version published here applies.
